How does it work?

Every time you feel the bad habit coming on, use WOW Flavours Drops as an alternative to your bad habit. This way you replace the pattern of the bad habit with a new habit!

This technique works as follows:

1 Inhale for 3 seconds through the nose via the nasal inhaler with WOW Flavours Drops;

2 Hold your breath for 2 seconds;

3 Exhale slowly through the mouth for 6 seconds.
