The fact that products or services may be offered on wowflavours.com at any given time does not guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice to you. The version of the terms and conditions that will apply to your order will be the version that can be found on wowflavours.com at the time you place your order.
When you place an order with WOW Flavours BV via www.wowflavours.com, you agree to the following general terms and conditions:
1. ORDERS
1.1 PROCESSING ORDERS
At the moment you place the order, your order will be received. You will always receive a confirmation of the order by e-mail. On this you will find the total amount of the order including any shipping costs and the payment details. This confirmation is only for your own administration. You do not have to do anything else. WOW Flavours BV reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card.
If we are unexpectedly unable to deliver your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If the order has already been paid, we will refund the payment via the payment method you used.
1.2 ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
The site is kept up-to-date as best as possible, but it can occasionally happen that an article has already been reserved because someone was ahead of you. If this is the case, we will always send you a message.
1.3 INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have provided an incorrect address for delivery, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
1.4 EXCEEDING DELIVERY TIME
If the maximum delivery time of 30 days is exceeded, you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.
To do this, you must send us an email. Any payments will be returned to you within 14 days of notification.
2. PAYMENT
2.1 SELECT PAYMENT METHOD
During the conclusion of the agreement you determine yourself in what way the payment will be made. You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, Paypal, Credit Card and various mobile payment solutions.
2.2 DELIVERY AFTER PAYMENT
WOW Flavours BV will only deliver the product once payment has been received.
3. PRICES
All prices quoted include VAT in euros and exclude shipping costs.
We may need to change the prices of items. This will not affect the status of confirmed orders; in that case, you will only be charged the price stated in your order confirmation. If the price of an unconfirmed order is changed, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. In the event of printing and typographical errors, WOW Flavours BV is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price.
4. SHIPPING
4.1 SHIPPING VIA POST.NL
Your order will be shipped by us with PostNL. For orders within the Netherlands above €30,- no shipping costs will be charged. For orders up to €30,- you pay €3.95 in shipping and handling costs.
4.2 ORDERS ABROAD
For orders within the EU we charge €9.95 in shipping costs. For orders outside the EU we charge €19.95 in shipping costs.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. DELIVERY
When you order on working days (Monday to Friday) before 17:00, this usually means that your order will be delivered to you within 1 working day. Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday will be offered to PostNL on the following Monday.
5.2. COMPLETE ORDER
If your order contains multiple items and not all of them are in stock, they will only be shipped when the order is completely in stock and can be shipped in full.
5.3. TRANSPORT RISKS
During transport of the articles, WOW Flavours BV will bear the risk in case of damage, theft or loss of the articles.
At the time of delivery of the articles this risk will pass to you. You are then responsible for what happens to the articles.
6. DATA
6.1. PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY
WOW Flavours BV guarantees that all your data will be treated with the utmost care and that this data will not be passed on, resold or otherwise made available to third parties without your permission.
6.2. INTERNAL USE
WOW Flavours BV will process your data and include it in its file in order to fulfil its obligations arising from the agreement it has concluded with you and/or to process your request.
7. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchases at wowflavours.com and to use them to your full satisfaction. If you have any doubts about this, you have the right to return your order to us within 14 days of receipt or to exchange it for another product.
7.1 RETURN CONDITIONS
- We only accept returns that are sent to us in the original packaging and in new condition.
- If this is not the case, we will not refund the purchase amount to you. In that case, you will receive the product back from us.
- Only orders placed through www.w owflavours.com can be returned to us.
- It is not possible to return or exchange an item at one of our resellers.
- You will receive your money back within 14 days. If you have not received a message from us after 14 days, please contact our customer service: info@wowflavours.nl
7.2 RETURN COSTS
You pay the return costs yourself at the parcel service. If we have delivered the wrong product or the error is due to our actions in another way, WOW Flavours BV will pay the costs of a return shipment and this will be refunded to you. If you do not want to exchange the product, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days.
7.3 EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange an item, please return the received item to us according to the return procedure and place a new order in our webshop. We will make sure that you receive your money back within 14 days for the item you returned.
7.4 RETURNS DUE TO A COMPLAINT
We treat our products and process your order with the utmost care. However, sometimes things can go wrong:
- The wrong item was accidentally sent
- Your order was damaged during shipping
- Something went wrong with the item during production
Please report any complaints to us as soon as possible and in any case within 7 working days of receipt. Before returning the item, please contact us by sending an email to info@wowflavours.nl, because the complaint must be clearly visible and made known. In the event of clear complaints, we will of course pay the shipping costs for both the return shipment and the replacement item. We will be happy to resolve it together with you.
7.5 COMPLAINT TOO LATE
If you submit the complaint to WOW Flavours BV only after 7 working days of receipt, we are entitled to charge all costs for replacement, including shipping costs.
