We want you to be happy with your WOW Flavours purchases and to use them to your complete satisfaction. If you have any doubts about this, you have the right to return your order, provided it is unopened, to us within 14 days of receipt or to exchange it for another product.
Returns conditions

Only orders placed via www.wowf lavours.nl can be returned to us;

The bottles/products must be unopened;

It is not possible to return or exchange an item purchased in the webshop for exchange at one of our resale points;

You will receive your money back within 14 days. If you have not received a message from us after 14 days, please contact our customer service:info@wowflavours.nl
How does returning work?

Please send an email to info@wowf lavours.nl so we can discuss the problem with you first.

Please pack the items to be returned neatly to reduce the chance of damage during transport;

Return your package with a parcel service where you will receive a Track & Trace code. This way you can track your package;

You can send your package to: WOW Flavours, Attn. Returns Department, Industrieweg 46 Unit 8505, 6541TW Nijmegen.
Return costs
You pay the return costs yourself at the parcel service. If we have delivered the wrong product or the error is otherwise attributable to our actions, WOW Flavours will pay the costs of a return shipment and this will be refunded to you. If you do not want to exchange the product, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days.
Swap
If you want to exchange an item, please return the received item to us according to the return procedure and place a new order in our webshop. We will make sure that you receive your money back within 14 days for the item you returned.
